Refund policy

Our mats are guaranteed to last a lifetime. If you are unhappy with your mat for any reason, and haven't ordered a custom product, please contact us to arrange a return. We will credit your account once the product is received and processed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom products and Wholesale Orders are not returnable.
Rugs that are over 4’ long may be exchanged for different rug of the same size.

All of our products are handmade, power washed, dried and finished to order in the order that they are received.
